      24 enthusiastic players took part in the 'capacity-filled' venue of the Emlyn Cafe, A487 Tanygroes, Ceredigion - many thanks to all who made the effort to attend and made the event a success - a special thanks also to all the players/clubs who made donations!

  Paul Clark   It is with great sadness that we have to report the death, on the 11th April 2013, of Paul Clark (a member, as was Jan Sendall, of Haverfordwest Chess Club).
